How do I reset my password?

Here are the steps to reset your password on Talkpal through the web browser, iOS, and Android apps:

Resetting Your Password via Web Browser

1. Go to Talkpal.ai.

2. Click “Forgot password?”

3. Enter the email address you used to register your Talkpal account and click “Send Instructions”.

4. Look for a password reset email from Talkpal in your inbox. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

5. Open the email, click” Set New Password”, and follow the instructions to create a new password.

6. If the confirmation email isn’t found in the spam folder either, feel free to reach our support team at [email protected].

Resetting Your Password on an iOS or Android App

1. Open the Talkpal App.

2. On the login screen, tap the “Log In” button.

3. Below the password field, tap the “Forgot Password?” option.

4. Enter the email address you used to register your Talkpal account and click “Send Instructions”.
