Why am I not receiving notifications from Talkpal AI?

If you’re having trouble receiving notifications from Talkpal, follow these instructions:

Check notification settings on your device:

1. Go to your device’s Settings.

2. Select Notifications.

3. Find Talkpal in the list and make sure notifications are enabled (toggle on).

Check that your device is not in Do Not Disturb mode, which may prevent notifications from coming through.

You can also manage your notifications by going to your profile and selecting “App Notifications” in the settings. From there, you’ll be able to customize which notifications you want to receive.

Update the Talkpal App:

Open your device’s App Store (Google Play or Apple App Store).

Search for Talkpal and make sure it is updated to the latest version.
