How do I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your Talkpal subscription, follow these steps:

Web browser

1. Log in to Your Account.

2. Go to your account, profile section, and click “Subscriptions”.

3. Click “Cancel subscription” and confirm the cancellation.

Important Notes

Cancellation Timing: Make sure to cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

Access After Cancellation: You may continue to access the app’s features until the end of your current billing cycle, even after cancellation.

Account Deletion: Please note that deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription. You must follow the cancellation process to avoid charges.

App Store (Apple iOS)

Please note: You need to cancel your Apple subscription or trial at least 24 hours before it ends. If you cancel it on the final day, it will renew automatically.
