Possessive Adjectives Exercises For Indonesian Grammar

Possessive Adjectives in Indonesian grammar, or better known as Kata Ganti Kepunyaan, are used to express possession or ownership. They are placed after the noun they modify; opposite to the English arrangement. The adjective agrees with the “owner”, not with what is owned, unlike in English. The possessive pronouns in Indonesian are my (‘-ku’), your (‘-mu’), his/her/its (‘-nya’). Learning these will help strengthen students’ sentence construction in Indonesian.
