True added value for corporate language programmes

About the institution

Add Value Language Centre is a Warsaw-based provider of language services for business. Since 2010 it has supported specialists, managers and teams with language courses – from programmes offered as an employee benefit to highly targeted training in
areas such as public speaking and negotiations. The company also delivers written translation and conference interpreting, including simultaneous interpreting with booths, headsets and on-site technical support. Add Value is a two-time winner of the Orły Edukacji award for language service providers in Poland.

The challenge

Teacher-led sessions are the core of any corporate language programme, but they meet a hard limit: what happens between them. Participants with heavy daily workloads get an hour or two of instruction a week, and speaking practice stops when the lesson ends. Add Value wanted the work started with the teacher to carry on between sessions.
