Subscription Management Instructions

You can manage your subscriptions in our App Store (Apple iOS), Google Play (Android), or Website apps.

App Store (Apple iOS)

Please note: You need to cancel your Apple subscription or trial at least 24 hours before it ends. If you cancel it on the final day, it will renew automatically.

To cancel your Talkpal subscription via the App Store, follow these steps on your iOS device:

Step 1 – Open the Settings app.

Step 2 – Select your Apple ID located at the top of the page.

Step 3 – Choose “View Apple ID”

Step 4 – Go to “Subscriptions” and select the one you want to cancel.

Step 5 – Tap on “Cancel Subscription”.

Google Play (Android)

Step 1 – On your Android device, navigate to your subscriptions in Google Play.

Step 2 – Choose the subscription you want to cancel.

Step 3 – Press Cancel subscription.

Website

Step 1 – Go to your account page.

Step 2 – Scroll down to the “Subscription” section.

Step 3 – Click on “Cancel subscription”.
