In Turkish grammar, personal pronouns act much the same way they do in English. They are used to represent the subject of a sentence, and in Turkish, these are considered to be the “doers” of the action stated by the verb. Like English, Turkish personal pronouns are “Ben” (I), “Sen” (You-singular), “O” (He/She/It), “Biz” (We), “Siz” (You-plural or formal singular) and “Onlar” (They). However, they are frequently dropped in the sentence as the verb’s endings often indicate the subject.
