In the Hindi language, the past tense plays a crucial role in constructing meaningful sentences. Past tense in Hindi refers to actions or events that have occurred in the past. Learning and understanding Hindi past tense is essential for students to communicate effectively and convey the intended messages. This comprehension enables students to produce accurate sentences that denote past actions, making their conversations more coherent. Here, we provide two exercises that focus on the past tense in Hindi grammar, giving students the chance to practice this important aspect of Hindi language. These exercises are designed to reinforce and strengthen students’ understanding through a fill-in-the-blank format.
