Countable nouns in Norwegian grammar are called ‘tellelige substantiver’. These are nouns that can be counted, for example, a book (en bok), two books (to bรธker). You can make a countable noun plural by adding an -er, -r, or -s ending to the word. The definite form is also different for countable and uncountable nouns. Countable nouns follow certain rules, and these exercises will test your understanding of these rules.
