Conditional mood Exercises For Latvian Grammar

The Conditional mood in Latvian grammar is used to denote actions or states that would occur under certain conditions. This mood is normally expressed with the help of a particle ‘būtu’ (would be) or ‘dēļ’ (because), combined with the past tense of the verb. It is comparable to the use of ‘would’ plus a verb in the past tense in English.
