In Romanian grammar, Reflexive Verbs are used when the action of the verb reflects back onto the subject. In other words, the subject performs an action upon itself. Romanian reflexive verbs often represent actions that one does to oneself or actions that reflect back to the subject in a physical or metaphorical way. They are formed using reflexive pronouns (ma, te, se, ne, va, se) together with a verb and are very common in everyday speech and writing.
