Ledusskapis – Refrigerator. An appliance for keeping food and drinks cold and fresh.
Mūsu ledusskapī vienmēr ir svaigi augļi. – Our refrigerator always has fresh fruits.
Veļasmašīna – Washing Machine. A device used to wash laundry, such as clothing and sheets.

Trauku mazgājamā mašīna – Dishwasher. A machine that cleans dishes, glassware and cutlery automatically.

Mikroviļņu krāsns – Microwave Oven. An electric oven that uses microwaves to heat or cook food.

Tvaika nosūcējs – Range Hood. An exhaust hood that removes airborne grease, fumes, smoke, odors, heat, and steam from the air by evacuation of the air and filtration.
