The Past Perfect in Urdu grammar, also called ‘Maazi-e-Mukammal’, is used to express a completed action in the past. It’s often used to describe an action which occurred before another action in the past. Typically, it’s formed by combining the simple past tense of the verb ‘to be’ with the past participle.
