The Passive Voice in Thai grammar refers to when the subject of the sentence is acted upon by the verb. It is often used to place emphasis on the action rather than the doer. In Thai, the passive voice is formed by using the particle “ถูก” (took) before the verb, and the doer is often introduced by the preposition “โดย” (dohy).
