Interrogative pronouns in Slovak grammar are integral for posing questions and gathering information. They include slovak words such as ‘kto’ (who), ‘čo’ (what), ‘ktorý’ (which), ‘ako’ (how), ‘kedy’ (when). Similar to English, these pronouns are used to substitute for the name or identity of the subject or object that we wish to know. These pronouns have different forms based on the grammatical number (singular or plural), gender (masculine, feminine, neuter) and case (nominative, genitive, dative, accusative, locative, instrumental, vocative).
