First Conditional in Serbian grammar, also known as “prvi uslovni oblik”, is a common expression tool for hypothetical situations which are likely to happen or related to the future. This tense is usually formed by using the conditional form of the verb ‘biti’ (to be) followed by a verb in past participle. The ‘if’ part of a sentence is generally in the present tense.
