Demonstrative pronouns in Polish grammar are used to indicate specific things. They can refer to things that are near or far in distance or time. The four important demonstrative pronouns in Polish are “ten” (this), “tamten” (that), “tenże” (the same), and “taki” (such). They decline according to gender, number and case of the noun they modify.
