Compound Sentences Exercises For Persian Grammar

Exercise 1: Complete the Compound Sentences

In the Persian language, compound sentences are formed when two or more independent clauses are combined. These clauses, each being able to stand alone as a sentence, are connected using coordinating conjunctions. Such examples of these conjunctions include “and”, “but”, “or”, etc. The use of compound sentences allows for the conveyance of more complex ideas or for the relational expression of multiple, simultaneous thoughts.
