In Polish grammar, Comparative Adjectives are used to compare one person, thing, action or state to another. They are usually formed by adding “-szy” for masculine singular nouns and “-sza” for feminine singular nouns. If the adjective ends in “-ki”, “-gi” or “-i”, the comparative is made by changing the ending to “-szy”. Fundamentally, these comparisons provide a relative understanding of the properties, quantities, and other characteristics being expressed in a sentence.
