The Accusative Case in Serbian grammar, called “Akužativ” in Serbian, is the grammatical case used for the direct object of a verb. It often answers the question “Šta? (What?)” or “Koga? (Whom?)” in a sentence. Accusative Case in Serbian grammar is also used after certain prepositions. By learning this grammatical case, one can understand the structure of a sentence more clearly and improve their language usage in Serbian.
