The Instrumental Case in Serbian grammar, or ‘Instrumental’ as it is more commonly referred to, is used to express that something is done ‘with’ or ‘by’ someone or something. This case answers questions like “with whom?” or “by what?”. The feminine, masculine, and neuter nouns all have different endings in the Instrumental Case. These rules will be practiced through the following exercises.
