Stoven<\/b>
\nLa tecnica dello stoven \u00e8 simile allo stufato e consiste nel cuocere lentamente un alimento in una casseruola con un poco<\/a> di liquido.

Bakken<\/b>

Roerbakken<\/b>

Koken<\/b>
\nKoken significa semplicemente “bollire” e rappresenta una delle tecniche pi\u00f9 comuni. Si usa<\/a> per la pasta, le verdure, il riso e molto altro.

Blancheren<\/b>
\nIl termine blancheren si riferisce alla tecnica di sbollentare rapidamente gli alimenti in acqua bollente e poi raffreddarli in acqua fredda per fermare la cottura.
\nJe moet de boontjes even blancheren voordat je ze roerbakt.<\/font><\/p>\n

Pocheren<\/b>
\nPocheren \u00e8 simile a ‘cuocere a bagnomaria’, e si tratta di cucinare un ingrediente delicatamente in acqua o altro liquido poco sotto il punto di ebollizione.
\nIk ga een ei pocheren voor mijn ontbijt.<\/font><\/p>\n

Frituren<\/b>
\nFrituren si riferisce alla frittura, il processo di cottura degli alimenti immergendoli nell’olio bollente.

Gratineren<\/b>

\nRoken indica il processo di affumicatura, comunemente usato per carne o pesce per conferire un sapore caratteristico e conservare pi\u00f9 a lungo l’alimento.

\nIl kroket \u00e8 un snack molto amato in Olanda, consiste in un bastoncino di pur\u00e8 di carne panato e fritto.

Bitterballen<\/b>
\nSimili ai<\/a> kroketten ma di forma sferica, i bitterballen sono un popolare cibo da aperitivo, serviti con senape per intingere.

Poffertjes<\/b>
